Photography by Elisabeth Dare

Jun 09, 2015

Elisabeth is a young American photographer and Anthropology student located in Northeast Ohio. Her work revolves around romanticism, often drifting towards the dichotomy of nature and the human spirit. Regarding her artistic pursuits, Elisabeth comments: “My interests are in pursuing the wild, untidy, untamed, imperfect pieces of the world. Mostly I try to find the moments when people feel freedom and connection with their surroundings.”

It is palpable that as an anthropology student, the human exploration greatly persuades her work, creating nostalgic and ethereal worlds where humans are the center piece.
